Ricardo has over 3 years of experience in long and short term rentals in cities worldwide.
He is a qualified accountant and a businessman. He is also the CEO and Co-Founder of Idem, an NGO focused on tech and education.
Ricardo has degrees from the Universidad del Pacifico and the Pontificia Universidad Catolica del Peru.
He is the recipient of the "Paul Rawlinson" Award by Baker McKenzie (USA) and the "Especial Robert Maes Award", the "Robert Maes" Award and the "Extra-Curricular Excellence" Award by Universidad del Pacifico (Peru).

Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

Ashley has over 2 years of experience in long and short term rentals in cities worldwide.
She is a qualified New York attorney and is a tax law expert, having worked at at both PwC and Deloitte (New York).
Ashley has an LL.M. in International Taxation from the New York University (USA), and law degrees from both Peking University (China) and the London School of Economics (UK).
She is the recipient of the "Academic Excellence" Award by the Ministry of Education of Malaysia and received scholarships from Peking University (China) and the London School of Economics (UK).

Board Member

Alonso has over 3 years of experience in the construction industry.
He is both a qualified attorney and an accountant, with extensive experience working at multinational companies and law firms, including a Big 4 company in New York.
Alonso graduated from Harvard Law School (USA) and Peking University (China).
He is the recipient of numerous awards, including the "Youth of Excellence Scheme" Scholarship from Peking University (China) and the "Global Competitiveness Leadership" Award by Georgetown University (USA).
